What kind of bikes do you service?
RMBS can service just about any make or model. Some specialty models may require dealer service to handle proprietary parts or warranty issues.
Do I pay you up front?
Nope! Payment is not due until the work is completed. Payment is due upon delivery/completion of the bike(s).
I just bought a bike unassembled. Can you assemble it?
Yes! New bike assembly is one of my services and is highly recommended. See my Services page for details.
Mobile repair service...how does that work?
Many jobs can be done on-site in your driveway or parking lot. Larger jobs may require me to take the bike back to my shop for service, but pick up and delivery is always free within my service area.
Can I drop my bike off at RMBS?
Pick up and delivery is included, but you may also drop off the bike to me. Please know that since RMBS is a mobile service, it is also a home-based business. Drop offs are only by appointment.
I’m interested in buying a bike online. Can you assemble it?
Yes! I am registered as a fulfillment center for many online brands, and you can simply select that option upon checkout. OR, you can have the bike shipped to you and let me know when it is delivered.

How much will the repair cost?
A service menu, with prices, can be found on my website. Before starting any work, I will give you an estimate when I see the bike. No work will be done without prior customer authorization. Note that prices are competitive, fair, and non-negotiable.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or any major credit card. Credit card payments can be paid by following the links in the invoice that I send you upon completion of work, or I can run your card when I deliver or complete your bike.
What about eBikes?
RoadMaestro is an Authorized Service Center for Rad Power Bikes, and is Bosch eBike Systems Certified. I can do full diagnostics and repair on brands that use these systems. I can also service many other eBike brands and will work with you to get your eBike rolling!
